The International Chinese Graduate Program for newly graduated master's students is an 1. The rotations are all characterised by a steep learning curve and high expectations will be set for you. As a graduate in the Commercial team in our office in Beijing you will rotate in different teams and will be responsible for: Assure good understanding and effective execution of distribution strategy, and to identify potential opportunity for optimization. As a graduate in the Clinical & Medical & Regulatory team in our office in Beijing you will rotate in different teams and will be responsible for: Provide CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control) expertise and develop CMC strategy through all stages of imported drug product development including CTA, NDA and subsequent renewals/variations. Set up necessary CMC working package to ensure consistent and aligned approach in CMC issues by considering regulatory guidelines, cost and efficiency. Assess and communicate CMC regulatory requirement with internal team and headquarter to ensure all relevant functions understand the impact and implication and take appropriate actions. Interpretation of Chinese Pharmacopeia and GMP information to global relevant functions, collaboration with global colleagues to close the gap between China and global, ensure corporate quality system is in compliance with Chinese CMC requirement. Coordinate and align with Novo Nordisk global team to ensure adequate global support and input for China CMC issues. Prepare CMC response or summary document requested by regulatory agencies and finalized them from the standpoints of regulatory compliance, scientific quality and integrity to contribute to prompt approval of product application. Engage and interact with regulatory agencies CFDA, CDE, NIFDC and other appropriate authorities and have an effectively technical communication with relevant regulatory agencies to reach aligned pathway/solutions for CMC and QC related issues. Coach China staff on regular CMC knowledge and support them being pro- actively involved in project development. Proactively participate in external activity or professional meeting in pharmaceutical industry. The job requirements are: Master or Ph. D.
